Break.com has a new section titled "Just Submitted". Everything submitted to Break.com ends up in that section, whether or not the clip is used.
This section is open to the public, and I'll tell you now that there are dozens of webmasters, such as myself, that surf that section daily and steal everything they want.
If you submit a clip to Break, and it's at all decent, I am guaranteeing you that it will get jacked and end up on every other humor site on the net.
If you do not mind your content being jacked and used by various websites without consent, then obviously you can go ahead and ignore this warning.
I'll tell you now that I submitted my 5 absolute best clips to Break, all were safe for work and suitable for their website, and they were all rejected.
The $250 is tempting, but in the end its not worth the risk.

so do they still claim copyright ownership of submitted videos?
I would put my trailers up there for their viewers but I wouldn't allow the copyright nonsense.

If I had a watermark impossible to remove, I'd submit for publicity. I put videos online to get a larger audience, so the more views the better.

Well, because you watermark your clips the way you do, you really have nothing to lose. You want people to steal your clips so that they get all over the net. Thats a whole different thing, so this doesnt really apply to you.
As for the copyright stuff, I havent read their TOS but Im sure they gain rights to everything submitted.

Break.com banned me because I had ago at a member calling him a "dumb redneck" and to behonest its full of them cant stand Break.com anymore all the videos are getting boring and hardly and of the members submit videos but still rip the piss out of other videos

Break almost never takes watermarked clips.

Not alot is legit anymore,I used to use stupidvideos.com but think thats the same as Break cant trust anything these days
