They did some videos with my old crew "Off The Hook TV" just recently in Texas. Brewed tried to get me to help them promote by exchanging banners, but for some reason I decided no to. Something bad happened I guess.
That sucks to hear that they never sent you a DVD.. What really pisses me off is that they may have done it to other people as well.. and that looks bad on us all! If they keep doing that to people, then word will spread about "Jackass" type crews ripping people off and that will effect our sales in the end.
Here's a rule of thumb that I go by when I sell my DVDs:
A good service (fast shipment, customer contact, product quality) will be remembered for 7 days, but bad service will be remembered for 2 years!
Example: You buy a camera at Target for a decent price, then buy a camera from "John's Camera World" for the same price but the lady who sold it to you was a bitch. Which store will you remember the most? Of course, John's.. because of the bitch.. 2 years later, you still won't go back to John's. As for Target, you'll definately be back if the price is right.
