Damn, that fucking thing is crazy looking, I want it! I wouldn't pay as much for it as people are bidding though. If it's real I'd think a museum or something would buy it, it looks like it might be shopped though...he might have just taken a picture of himself holding a regular fish and edited in the head....

It kinda looks paper machaced, like there's chicken wire underneath the skin.

I seriously think I'm going to bid on this thing if the price doesn't raise soon. that is amazing if it is real.
also, based on the texture of the skin and the quality that the teeth and mouth are still in, this thing has probably only bed dead for a few weeks or months at most I would guess.

Good to see Moodys money is going into buying fake fish on ebay rather than paying groups for the HGC

Based on the wording of the description, I'm guessing that he took the skull and bones of another animal and assembled it all together to resemble a sea animal.

I dont think its photoshopped at all...I would believe the paper and wire bit, but I don't think even the PS gods here could create something like that...

That could be a fish living way deep like several kilometres under water, I wouldn't be surprised if it was real.
It looks really stupid though, what's the point of that huge mouth and the huge teeth when it's body could hardly fit anything the size of it's mouth.. dunno

Looks fake, the teeth don't match the body.
If it was a deep sea creature it would produce some sort of light, or have low light eyes. Those looks like regular animal eyes.
The teeth and jaw look added on because no way could the force from that small tail and fins propel the wieght of those fucking teeth.
Even sharks don't have teeth like that, there ineffeciant. The only animal with teeth that long in the sea would be that one with the light over it's head, and those teeth are skinny.
Total fake.

If you get that footage, send it to me somehow, I work at an aquarium. You could probably get paid for the footage. Image file not present in the recovered backup
