Sorry for this post, I searched on the web and couldnt find anything about this.

I need to send something to Vode today through the internet. He gave me his address but the form the site has requested the state and reigon but Vode didnt give it me?

All he gave me is "Helinski".... Does anyone know what state/province Helinski is in?
