do 3ccd cameras have night vision? I dont know if its a stupid question or not. But id just like to know. And if not are they good enough to just have a small light on them?

I might but a HDV but I think I gunna go for a 3ccd.

aight. Should I lean towards a CANON GL2 becasue I love my canon zr400 and even it has desent quality. its going to be between a gl2 and a sony. But I was looking at the HDV cameras at the sony store today and they are decent but I dont know.

ok this isn't gonna sound professional, Im just gonna type things as I remember...

dvc has detachable handle, gl2 doesn't (gl2 has record button on the handle too)

gl2 audio kicks the dvc30's ass horribly. (this is the only pwn the gl2 has)

dvc30 is better in low light.

dvc30 has nightshot.

both have pretty good manual controls.

that's all I can think of right now, Im tired. good night hgf.

Basically just them in low light and them in good lighting, and maybe the DVC30's nightshot.

no im good. I have one so I know what they look like. Mine has better quality anyways. and in a picture it would need way more pixels becasees its much larger.
