Definitely Mitch Hedberg, saw him in Columbus a month before he died, so damn funny.
But, Lewis Black is funny and George Carlin shaped it into what it is today. Brian Regan is pretty funny and so is Dave Chapelle.

Dane Cook or Robin Williams
those are my two favs too...omg...we can get married
Robin Williams is so god damn funny when he does stand up...
Live on broadway is probably one of my favorite stand ups

16 May 2006, 11:32 UTC#13
mitch hedberg was always my favorite, his stupid jokes were hialrious. dave chappelle had some good comedic moments. and janeane garofalo has a sense of humor that makes me attracted to her for some reason. jim breuer, man I wish he still did stand up.
16 May 2006, 11:37 UTC#14
George Carlin hands down not only as a comedian but in my opinion one of the most important humans alive today. Lisa Lampanelli is hilarious with her outrageous ruthlessness.
16 May 2006, 11:39 UTC#15
Probably Bill Hicks,but hes dead
16 May 2006, 12:12 UTC#16

Lee fuckin' Evans. Hands down.
16 May 2006, 14:12 UTC#19
janean garofalo reminds me of myself. I agree with whoever said dane cook was played out, he tells the same jokes where ever he goes. dave chappelle is hilarious on his show, some of his stand up is funny too. chris rock can be funny, but is talks about race a whole hell of a lot. robin williams is good as well. I watchted some guy on saturday night live who was pretty good, too bad I don't know his name. anyone ever heard of The Streets? they are pretty hilarious.
16 May 2006, 14:13 UTC#20
Chris Rock is whiny racist bitch.
16 May 2006, 14:27 UTC#21
No question about it.
Lee Evans!
Hands down the best!

He makes stupid pathetic noises and sweats. The guys comedy is terrible.
I remember being sat down and made to watch it, worst dvd I have ever seen.
