Okay here's what I figure.

You're gonna be Knoxville and his crew, and you'll switch off, but you wont be able to decide when. And you'll do some stunts and stuff which are all in the movie. Pretty much, you'll be making the movie. And if you fuck up a stunt, the director yells cut, and you go do it again.

Yup, pretty basic compilation of min games ahowered with golden shower of Jackass license. Nice little game, but "must buy" only for true jackass fans.

I might be buying it when it gets cheap.

I hope if you fuck up a stunt, you die brutally, then and only then will I be satisfied. cause then I'd constantly wanna be preston.

This game will probably not live up to expectations, just like almost every other game-movie tie-in.

Sounds gay as fuck. Any game made based on a film tends to be piss poor.

Ill have my E3 report up in a day or 2, but I had to post this now.....

I actually had a similar idea for the homegrown collection and I've already mentioned it to one video game company that I have some friends at. im too busy to read the article at the moment but it could be a bad ass game.

also, I guess mark ecko has a new graffiti game out. should be cool.

edit: just read the article a little, sounds just like my idea but a little different. my idea is a little bit more in depth + other video game companies will be wanting to make games like this jackass game (competition) so this could work out good possibly.

Jackass just isn't Jackass if it isn't real.

I mean you wouldn't watch the show if it was a cartoon.

I could say that about most stuff though. I wouldn't watch skating if it was a cartoon yet Tony Hawks (not THUG2) were awesome.

Not defending it though, it will probably be shite.

Yer troo, but I mean...

watching a guy roll down a hill in a barrel...or watching a computer graphic roll down a virtual hill and play some pre-recorded lines at the end?
I don't see how anyone could have thought "yeah that'll make a good game!" other than the fact that it has the Jackass trademark on it.

I won't get this, I hate jackass enough without putting more money into their commercialised pockets.

The designers of the game must have taken that into account aswell.

maybe you're right but I expect this game to be totally different than what you guys expect.

Yeah thats what I meant. The designers muct be aware of the obvious constraints of a storyline. We shall have to wait and see...

Jackass director Jeff Tremaine helped design the game's levels, which include driving a golf cart wildly across a mini-golf course, rolling down a hill in a garbage can, and a chariot-style race in shopping trolleys.

The TV series attracted widespread criticism that it encouraged young men to imitate its often dangerous stunts.
