Ok here is the situation. I bought www.bordumb.net a year or so ago. When I bought it, the email I was using has been canceled. I can't get my log in to recover the domain, but I think it's expired. What can I do to get my domain back?

I can't remember them, and I can't recover them.

Just got this.

Dear Micheal Harmon,

Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are committed to creating the best customer experience possible. One of the first ways we can demonstrate our commitment to this goal is to quickly and efficiently handle your recent request.

Currently, your domain name is attached to a wholesale account handled by one of our partners, Affinity Internet Inc. Any modifications or renewals will need to be completed by communicating with Affinity Internet Inc.

A domain name may be put into a wholesale account under these circumstances:

* The domain name was registered initially through a company that is a wholesale partner or reseller of Network Solutions.
* We received a specific request from the wholesaler to put the domain name into their list of wholesale accounts for better management.
* We received a specific request by the domain holder or contact to put the domain name into a wholesale account. That means, the Registrant or Account Contact will not be able to manage the domain (modify, renew, transfer, etc.) directly from the Network Solutions Web site. Instead, the Registrant or Account Contact will need to work through the wholesaler to make modifications to the domain name record.

We hope this information has been helpful. However, if you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department.

As a Network Solutions customer, you are entitled to unlimited access, day or night, to technically skilled customer service representatives who are dedicated to delivering any level of support you may need. To reach us, call 1-888-642-9675. If you are calling from outside the U.S. or Canada, please call 1-570-708-8788. Or, e-mail us at [email address redacted].
