This is a film which I made for my Film Studies second year coursework module. It's 8 mins in length and about four friends who're being killed off one by one late one night up in the moors.

AFTER DARK

I know the plot isn't fantastic, neithers the lighting and the time limit, but I had restrictions as to what I was allowed to do, since it was coursework.

For those interested, I got 49 marks out of 50 for this. A.

Yeah, I didn't really understand the plot, well there wasn't any as you said, but I guess I expected more from it.

Wasn't bad overall, I liked it, I just didn't really understand it, at all.

A few things that annoyed me are:
- The camera was wobbly at the beginning
- When it was dark, I couldn't see shit
- Also, I just didn't understand it.

Maybe I'm being a bit too harsh but it was an enjoyable video throughout, I'll have too watch it again a few times too see if I missed anything, but nice work man, keep it up.

I thought this was pretty good. Very nice for a school film.

Pros: I liked that, especially around the start, you changed shots often. The actors didn't suck too bad [shotgun brunette]. And at around 5:30 the music actually changed the pace nicely etc. Plot was ok.

Cons: Shakey shots, lack of music, audio quality was pretty poo - microphones.

Good stuff though, would be cool to watch full-quality on a tv.

Aye, getting music for it was quite hard, I edited it together the night before it was due in. If I had to do it again, I would sort out those shakey shots for sure...

Cheers for watching guys!

Good shit man, only part I didn't like was when it dragged on at the ending with those 2 chicks chatting.

Really good shots though, and some nice but simple sound effects.

8/10.

Thanks pal! There's actually 2 endings to the film, the one you've just seen is the alt. ending. The original ending is a continuation of the main plot, with no twist.
