In moderation it's healthy, everything is really. (Except bullets and over extended free falling). I think u can develop diabetis from too much chocolate?

I think pretty much, as common sense, eating nothing but chocolate WOULD in fact kill you cause there's no vitamins in that or protein, or.. anything. chocolate makes me sick after awhile, I hardly eat the stuff. do you have bad acne? chocolate usually breaks people out.

Yeh cos my dad turned diabetic the other week so it made me wonder if im gonna be from eating too much chocolate, I think I should cut down lol

I eat about 3 mars bars in the morning, 1 half way through the day, about 3 more when I get home about 4ish then more again at about 8/9 :-s

EDIT:and no I dont have bad acne, I haven't had in a very long time actually :-)

What adem said.

It's possible to become addicted to anything, even something you've never had before. In some people the brain actually releases chemicals that makes people crave crisps or cake 24/7 the way a junkie craves a hit of smack.

It was on this documentary about why people get morbidly obese, because their bodies literally will not let them stop eating.

jesus man, cavity city. you'll regret it once you get older, I use to eat a lot and not gain a pound, and now it's taking a toll on my gut now that I'm going to be 20 in less than a week.

There IS protein in chocolate. It comes from the milk in it. It's not a ton of protein, but about the same as you'd get from a glass of milk.

You CAN also get addicted to chocolate. There's caffiene in cocoa, and the combination of ingredients in chocolate actually affects your brain on a chemical level, so it is possible to develop a psychological/mental dependence. It's also been known to interact with various hormones and chemicals in your body, releasing various endophins that give you "feel-good" feelings.

That documentry was total lol. I don't understand how that morbidly obese fuck could let himself eat his way to immobility. Surely you'd try and get help or something.

ahh yes I forgot, milk chocolate. not all chocolate has milk in it does it? I thought there was a difference in regular chocolate and milk chocolate. I'm addicted to caffine, if I don't drink coke or something I start having withdraw. and when I'm nervous or anxious I make my leg jitter.

it's hard to break a habit, you might need to do something that hurts you so you don't want to touch it again. that's usually the only therapy. I use to smoke, and I quit easily too.

Get a freind to replace a mars bar, with a stick of dynamite in a mars wraper, but tell him to do it in a few months. You will forget about it and then one day BOOM you lost your hand and you wont like chocolate anymore.

Chocolate triggers a release of dopamine which is an endorphine which gives you a subtle natural high. Then your body wants more of this, hence why you crave it.

I used to be addicted to chocolate, I used to have withdrawal like symptoms if I didn't have any. Now I can take it or leave it, prefferably leave it since going on my lifetime diet of no junk food.

I reccomend you cut down while you're still thin and healthy ;)
