She willingly went along with sexual intercourse. Just because she thought it was someone else is not grounds for rape. It's a sorry situation, but nothing criminal happened. The bitch is wasting everyones time.

I can't believe that even in pitch darkness, you wouldn't be able to tell if it wasn't your girlfriend you were fucking.

I love that he did it even though she was clearly asleep.

Haha, as if you wouldn't noticed the difference in their bodies. Like tightness and shit. And as if non of the spoke the whole way through.

Paul John Chappell, 31, was invited back to the editor's Bondi flat after they met during a night out.
The pair went to bed and Mr Chappell later got up to use the bathroom.
It does still look like rape, as if his intention was to have intercourse while the editor was asleep..that'd be sex without consent.

That's fucking hilarious, but pretty fucking gay that they're taking legal action against him.

I hope tha dude gets convicted.. then he can sleep with who ever he wants... in prison...
26 April 2006, 19:07 UTC#10
That sounds like something that would happen to me. Knowing my luck...

hahaha I would just shrug it off if I was the girl, be all.. ahh AHHHH hahaha you got me. you thought I... ohhh man what a hoot.

First he was drunk so I doubt he noticed the tightness or anything like that.
Second if it happend to me I'd act all offended and yell at her, put her on the defensive and act like she robbed me of my dignity.
"She let me have sex with her even though I had no idea she wasn't my girfriend, I feel so used".

Shame that in something like this, the woman ALWAYS wins.
It's like my dad was telling me, where he works guys are actually told never to be alone in a room with a girl for any reason because all they have to do is say you sexually harassed them with no witnesses and you're fucked. The woman always wins.
It's despicable
