Premiere people, desperate help needed regarding audio.

Can someone please explain me why there's a red stripe going through all the sequences on the timeline except for one which is an .avi file and not a sequence like the rest?

I exported the whole movie and there's no sound at any part except for the avi clip (as you can see it hasn't got a red stripe on it's audio). I can hear the audio for all sequences while I preview them but the exported version doesn't have audio for some reason..

Please help me with this, I'm desperate. I'm on a deadline, I'll be grateful forever!!! :sad2:

Attachment metadata survives, but the file is absent from the recovered server backup.

Have you conformed the audio ?

This is probely not the anwser your looking for...but why dont u just convert those videos into avi?

this seems like it may be a restart or reinstal kinda problem.
if that dont work I dunno what to tell u.

Perhaps the audio is compressed using a codec which Premiere Pro doesn't understand?

have you tryed moving the audio on to another track?

U cud try just exporting audio, and if that works link the audio as one to the rest of vid?

I found a solution to this but it's gonna take a lot of time. I'm exporting all the sequences separately, it lets me do that for some reason. Looks like I will be staying up all night..

If someone could still explain the reason for that red line, I'd appreciate it.

Does it do that to that clip all the time or only right there?

Try cutting out the video from the audio in another program, and just fuck with the extensions to that and plug it into your movie to see if any work?

Or just put the audio over it after cutting out the video from the clip in another program.
