Hi, there!

I told Extazy that I'll post some of my works here, so here I am.

For all who want to know:

I am a mech. eng. student, working as CAD designer and 3d artist. My main modeling app is Cinema4D.
I'm also a great fan of free software, so I always try programs like Blender, PanoBuilder, HDRShop, render engines like WinOSI, Indigo etc. I also like writing CG-tutorials.

Here are some of the pics I made. Most os them are older ones and many are wip. I continue them here and then but sometimes I don't work on them for several weeks or months. At the moment I don't have much time for my own stuff because I'm modeling for a game development team for this game:

Conflict:Omega

I'll comment some of my pics later.

Yeah, I made the whole stuff with Cinema4D. :) It's amazingly powerful and pretty easy to learn.
The renderer is one of the faster ones with a lot of features and the prog is STABLE :D

I'll try to post new renderings here and then. I know the problem, maybe I won't post pics for several weeks, but I want to visit this site on a regular basis.

See you,

Hi!

I'm working on a new method for generating and rendering more natural eyes. The method used is similar to the one used by ocularists for painting glass-eye irises.
The texture layers I painted are crappy and there are only four of them. I'll need at least 12 layers to get a really convincing eye but I think this pic already shows the 3d-effect that can be achieved by this technique.
