Im from Manitoba, Canada and I dont know much about BC other than theres alot of drugs and partying. The whole story could be true but theres no way it could be generalized. The girls might not have wanted to use condoms because its easy to get a military guy to pay child support.
In Alberta, the guys on the oil riggs have to bring their own condoms because chicks poke holes in them and try to get pregnant. The guy would end up having to pay for it and it would work out for her because Rig boys are extremely rich.
I'll admit, Canadian chicks including myself are turned on by the foreign accents! haha
