Torrent Help!

I'll close this when I've got the answer...

I've downloaded Ice Age 2 and theres like 50 parts too it, all in their own zip files.
Usually I can just play the first one and it just plays the whole movie, but it won't let me. I've tryed extracting the first one and playing it that way.. that doesn't work, I don't really wanna extract them all, then try, as that will take ages...

Do I have too burn too a disc, or something? I know you have too do this with some soo if so.. how do I do it, exactly??

usually if you just extract one, then it extracts from them all to form one file.

Fucking hate torrents, always so slow and never work for me.

I think it's done that... the extracted file is 700MB but only 2min, and I just get these grey blocks, no picture.

You're opening it with divx right?

Ok. You need to get 7-zip. http://www.7-zip.org/

use that and extract the first file. I always right click and extract here.

never use winzip with these files.... 7-zip is being usedloads more now due to a VERY VERY small file size. It has really picked up on usenet (Where most ofthese files are from)

What do you mean, opening the video with DivX player??


Ok, I tryed that, It didn't work, but I got this error:

That pops up pretty much whenever I like click anything on 7 zip, but, if I just press ok, I can just continue... soo then I extracted the first file and it was the same grey blocks

What's the difference between 7 zip and winzip or winrar anyways? they both look like they do the same thing anyways.

7zip will extract winrar/winzip files but also 7-zip files.

So did you open the file using 7zip? then drag it out?

Also... if you do this and still get a error come up the files could be screwed. But if you give me the file name (Exact) and the nfo file I can find some par files for it whichwill fix the rar files that are damaged.

But thats if thats the problem (Which I dont think it is)
