HGF is back online after troubles with the VPS, it couldn't handle HGF. A few things are left to restore such as recent image uploads, but otherwise everythings functioning correctly.
I worked all day monday to try move HGF, but everything failed.

It will remain so for another 48 hours or so. I'm waiting for the DNS to properly resolve till I switch it back to domain access.

Pissed me off to the extreme, but thanks to coldmedia we're on a server with some nice specs, so downtime should be a thing of the past.

Naw, thats caused when the server loads shoot up and the forum becomes so slow that a person believes the page aint loading and clicks submit post over and over again. On the VPS there was an average of around 11 processes waiting to be processed at anytime. Twas crazy.

Can you tell us techies the specs? server specs, db size, traffic, bw usage? What causes the load problems?
Thank you for working all day moving to the new server. I really hate IT work nowadays. It was nice before, but now it is really demanding.

Lol, what shit you talk. BFD is simply meant to block hosts IPs that are attacking SSHD and PureFTPD. THe problem is the server can't cope with the load.
Fucking n00b.
