My beef with you (as it has been from the beginning) is the way you conduct business, they way you produced this DVD and your constant lying and exaggeration.

In terms of failing? I never said you would fail.. But all I can say is that the way you talked up this DVD from the start, the things you said would happen and the way this would be launched never happend at all. Its not in Best Buy, there's no TVads, you've only sold 80 copies and as far as I can see its not on any cinemas down here. I know you'll say "oh things take time, I've just had this meeting, Ive just had that meeting" but nothing ever seems to come from all your meetings.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves by saying you've represented the HG community with respect. You're not really in a postion to talk for all of us. Most of us actually think you're a fucking dick and most of the older bigger groups didnt even want anything to do with you.

If this DVD is good, its not on your head mate. Its on the groups that submitted awesome content. I can honestly say Ill enjoy this (and I always have) but as I said, Ill enjoy it for the groups involved, not the fucking fag who tried to rip them off and cut all their stuff together.

getting it distributed in best buys and stores and the tv ads takes time. u expect that done already? are you insane? you know that distribution isn't an overnight process or you would have had your dvd in best buy in the usa a while ago. the hg dvd was released 8 days ago.

You dumbass Moody, I never even tried for U.S distribution. It was in PAL. Please check your facts.

My DVD got launched in every major retailer in Australia on launch day. All distribution deals were completed before the DVD even came out.

I know its difficult for a hack producer like you to understand, but these deals actually are possible if you have any fucking idea what you're doing.

distribution in australia I already have signed. im not trying to release 1 dvd in the states. I'm releasing a label which will consist of many dvds. it takes more time but it's happening soon. I have some new productions about to be released that nobody knows about yet. things are cooking.

im tired of dealing with all this bickering with you elliot. have a good day.

Next time why dont you announce something that is actually locked in and secured instead of bullshitting. ie: TV ADS, Best Buy etc.

rico, its been stated on here by me that groups will get paid at the end of the first full quarter which is the end of june. elliot can think whatever he wants but the fact is that in a deal like this payment isn't made until the first full quarter.

well with the coded information I have on the dvd and if what you're saying is true, I have only shipped the dvd to 3 people in the uk outside of the muppets.

I have their full name, email address, home mailing address and more.

you would have to be a fool to do something this stupid. I already took down one guy in the u.k. hard for doing this exact same thing, he ordered the 101 Reasons dvd, and I knew he uploaded it illegally and could prove it, and the authorities over there ruined the guy's life. I just wanted it stopped, but the authorities in the uk are ruthless and they convicted the guy on 2 felony counts (not sure what word they use in the uk for "felony")
