Well not really Pat, like Weak said, the medics were there to help, plus would you trust going near a bleeding person especially in LA? Can you say Aids?

I remember one of the first posts I put here about how gay pigs are and getting flamed to high hell...
They can be complete cunts if they want to be which seems to be a lot of the time, and they can sort of justify taking you in for any number of reasons can't they? I remember dgodlewski saying something about all the little laws and that pretty much enabling the police to put anyone they want into a cell with a reason..?

Actually police dont mind people filming in places your allowed to, I have done it loads. But its alittle different when they think your filming for a graffer DVD.

yeah dude, seriously. This is like the 4th time this has happened. A cop tells me to turn off my camera even though I have every legal right to film.
One time I asked the cop if I had to, and of course he said no I didn't have to, but that he personally didn't want me filming what he was doing..
People not familiar with the law would most definitely assume that they by law have to turn off their camera when a cop tells them to do so, but that isn't the case, which is why it should be illegal for a cop to order someone to do something when he really is just 'asking'. They need to word it differently. Instead of saying 'turn off the camera', they should say...'CAN you turn off the camera'...and if they dont word it like that...they need to be discipline because theyre abusing their authority through intimidation.

No way dude. There are diseases that can be passed through blood, not only AIDS, that will make you wish you were dead. I'd back the fuck up, call an ambulance and then make sure the guy didn't pass out by poking him from a distance with a very long stick.

its true, cops are fags and they can and will book you on anything if they really want to take you down. If you watch your step though...you might be able to fight back with a lawsuit..thats why I always keep my camera rolling.

Actually I was filming before the medics came. I was about the 3rd person to come up on him. What was I supposed to do? People were already calling for the cops to come over (they were just up the street), and someone was already giving him something to cover his wound with..
To be honest, even if the guy was dying right there on the sidewalk... I'd just sit there and film it. I'm not a fucking doctor. I'd call the cops, but that's about it. I dont care about people outside of my circle.

Yeah man...honestly cops dont know shit. Thats why this cop was up on the radio asking his boss if he could get me for filming. He didnt know shit.
This is definitely not the first time a cop was dealing with me and got on the radio to ask what he could and couldnt do. I was inside my house, and they wanted to come in and shut the door in their face. They were hella pissed, but didnt have enough reason to break my door down, cause if they did, they'd get a fucking law suit up their ass...cause the guy I was with has a dad who is a lawyer Image file not present in the recovered backup
