Was just checking my splash plastic account and noticed they are upgrading there card and thought this may be useful for some people.

Its a "pre-pay credit card" The way it works, you order the card, then take it to your local shop where you get phone top ups, electric key top ups and stuff and ask them to put money on your card, (anything from £10 to £500), you give them the money, and they put money onto your account. There was then a choice of about 60 sites that accepted splash plastic wher eyou could buy stuff from.
But now comes the good part, they have now incoperated maestro and solo into this. Once you top up your card you can buy from any online store or highstreet stor that accept maestro or solo. Thats over 900,00 stores!
I just thought this may be helpful for people who want to buy stuff online but dont have access to a credit card.
You can't get in debt in any way with this card, as you can only spend what you have put on.
e.g you top up with £10+ then buy something for £8, they take they £8 of your card then you have £2 left to spend untill you re-top up.
Anyway hopefully this is helpful to some people
