Thats Scott Mills from radio 1, he's done alot of other ones too, all really funny.

Haha, I've not even listened too it yet and I remember it..
Funny as hell, I also remember one they did with just sounds and quotes from Sponge Bob Square Panths (well I think it was radio 1) and it was funny as hell Image file not present in the recovered backup
