What Save Settings do you have on Abobe Premiere Pro?

On Vegas I use anywhere around 512kbps - 2MB WMV.
Audio usually 192, 48kHz, well thats the max I would use.
Is that what you mean btw??

Well, just watch the CZW Tribute Video in my sig, on Dfilms.
It's all full Avi quality, but some of it doesn't look like it is, I cant be assed explaining but it's basically because some of them are from VCR tapes.
But you'll be able to tell which clip is full quality and which is not..
Why do you need to know soo badly?

I export it as a fullsized avi file and then compress and make it into wmv with Moviemaker. I know that quite a few on these forums use the same technique.

Usually, when I compress in WMM the audio goes all sketchy, like the shitty quality videos on the net, where the audio is all wavey. Well, it does this sometimes too me. Otherwise it's a good way to compress.
But you can't go wrong with a 1MB WMV video, 192 48kHz audio.... From full Avi that is.
