I wanted to know if I can blur faces, while I get premier or vegas.

yeah u can, same concept as masking, just key frame it, and use the background video as the same video blurred.
if u dont get it sry, hard to explain.

Yeah that's for Premiere, which he said he couldn't use.
I always blur faces in Premiere, but the technique similar in After Effects, I've just never done it with AE.

Ok I miss read his post, I just saw premire and assumedhe wanted a tutorial for that
