Owner Bruce Krall said the auction will open April 4 with a minimum bid of $1.75 million US -- more than twice what he paid two years ago for the a 33-hectare town of Bridgeville, southwest of Eureka. He's invested "multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars" to restore old buildings, remove dilapidated structures and clean up mounds of garbage.
He's found new tenants for the houses and received a permit for a riverfront resort

a little irrelavant, but some guy from Dex's school, last year I think it was, put the school on ebay and people were bidding millions for it but they found out when people phoned the school asking to know more about it and I think he was suspended.
