it's easier in premiere. you just export it as a gif if I'm not mistaken. but I'd make sure it didn't involve a lot of frames, if it does, open it in imageready and delete unneeded frames or else the filesize will be very large.

you can also import a movie into imageready but it has to be avi or mpg. and if you have the newest quicktime plugin then older versions of imageready won't work for importing.

hmm I would also like to know I have image ready and it came with photoshop 7.0.

well if you have photoshop 7.0, and the latest quicktime update, then you can't import into that version of imageready.
but all you do is go to open and find the video, it has to be mpg or avi.

yeah, you might need to mess around with the gif settings, cause you don't want it to be over 100kb.
