Okay, my gf has her liscense n she came over but her parents took the van to go back home, n I was having ppl over so I asked if she cud drive to blockbuster in my car, so we do n we turn into the walmart parking lot and get blindsided by some asshole. we were already into the parking lot n he was going way to fast, swirved into the parking lot n smoked me in the passengerside. my car is fuckin totled now, passenger side is fucked, dash is all busted, stearing colum is fucked. My first car, and I havent even gotten to drive it by myself yet. Im not hurt to bad, my back just hurts n hips n neck r sore so I think im alrite, my gf is shooken up tho.

He isn't he's 15, and unless my canadian told me wrong you can drive for a year with parents at 16 or people who have already passed and then when you're 17 you can drive on your own.... if you take lessons you only gotta wait for 8 months...
Maybe he bought it in preparation for when he's 16 cause his brithdays' in april...?

correct me if I'm wrong, but cause your "girlfriend" (who I suspect is really you) was driving your car, and she's not put down on the insurance as the owner, you get fuck all money payout for the accident.

That sucks mate. I know exactly how you feel as my car got trashed because some middle aged bint wasn't thinking, which was gutting after how much work I'd put into it. Is it a writeoff?
