well I did another test in after effects

turned a litlle shitty cause I used a pal fottage and a ntsc fottage and I didnt work on the keyframes too well but still give it a look

even on hgvideos.com all your thumb nails wont even show for me? and ive tried it on both my pc's!

Id like to know this, I've always wanted to try and cut some movement out of a clip, but it never works for me unless Im gonna have to do it frame by frame which is not what I want.

there is no one to cut out element without going frame by frame

you can try using masking but its harder and you still will have to use keyframes

I wasnt impressed with the other vid but this one is pretty neat, id like to see the effect incorporated into a skit or soemthing other then a test.
