Thanks again for the comments. We filmed a few more things today, and I love how it looks. I can't wait to edit it. I want to get this DVD out as soon as possible becuase I am so excitied but I know I need to take time and use the best footage.

I'm serious about this DVD, I may need to talk to Elliot or LSD Riders guys or some other guys to make this a more proffesional DVD, not the $5 cheap DVD I was making, I'm talking like LSD Rider, pressed covers, etc, $19.99 kind of thing. That's not for a ways though.

Elliot, how much did the production of your dvd cost?

-getting high quality onto dvd
-nice ass print on the dvd
-nice dvd cover, high quality
-etc.

My distributor handled all the manufacturing costs and factored into the distriubtion deal so I wasnt privvy to real costs.

In terms of units moved. All I'll say is that it sold well in Australia for the market. It did well. We're not millionaires but it sold well.

Im not really at liberty to announce sales figures as Ive got 2 partners who probably wouldnt appreciate me plastering our finances all over the net but I can say it it didnt go over the 5000 mark in Oz.

I can use the cash to get a better camera and have more time to film because I don't have to get a job for gas money.

Rico just to let you know with the new cam you have I think if its anything like the vx2100 you can plug the camera into the back of your tv with the white red and yellow leed, and turn the camera onto vcr mode and press record and pause at same time and it records off your tv, so therefore if you were playing an old ass marks video on tv you can record it onto a dv tape. Which wuould make life very simple for the 'best of arsemarks' dvd.

I'm a full time college student, working 2 jobs, and have a girlfreind. I barely have time to film!

A best of shoiuld be made in the summer.


I was editing some footage yesterday, and man, I can't believe how good it's going, I think everyone will be impressed.

Ive been editing a lot lately, and I think the video is coming out awesome. Really excitied for it.

Arsemarks.com should be up in a week aswell.
