Okay, so this guy contacted a female friend of mine on Nexopia (Canadian equivalent of MySpace, basically) and asked her if she wanted to see his dick. She gave him my e-mail, and I told him I was her. So he whipped it out, I screenshot it, and sent it to him and everyone on his friends list in a message.
Now he claims that he's going to the police. As far as I know, I haven't done anything illegal. Anyone want to confirm this for me?

how old was the girl? if he was over 18 and she's like under 15 or something, you can get him in trouble instead. if not, there isn't much he could do, and why would he?

basically it's his fault, you never send anything like that on the internet.

Sounds like he's full of shit and is just trying to scare you.
As if someone would go to the police and tell that story. The cops would be on the floor laughing their asses off before he even gets a chance to finish.

Well, she's 13, and he's 16.
And that's exactly what I figured. He's not going to go to the police... But he didn't send them to her, he was using his webcam with MSN messenger and showed me because he thought I was her.

Turn the tables and do what Duran said. Find out his home address, print them out and send them to his parents with a letter saying 'Your son has been sending my 13 year old daughter these pictures, the police have been told.'

If he is under 18 you are distributing child pr0nography, which is a serious crime.
What happens on an IM is considered a "private" conversation, and to post or record nething that is invloved with that you need his expressed permission, which you dont unless it is a legal invesitgation, which is isnt.
All in all, not the smartest thing to do.

Well he hasn't gone to the police yet, and is claiming that the penis was his 25 year old brother's.
Yet he still thinks it's necessary to post horribily mspainted pictures of me licking a penis, so I don't think he'll be going to the cops because he doesn't seem smart enough to do that.

hahah no. For some reason the guy thought I cared enough about my msn account that he could ruin my life by stealing it. I didnt flash him but I did try to send him a picture of random Google boobs to get him to accept it so I could hack him back. Unfortunately he was too 1337.
