An 83-year-old woman from The Dalles is accused of molesting an 11-year-old-boy.
Wasco County District Attorney Eric Nisley says Georgie Audean Buoy faces rape charges and is due March 13 in The Dalles Circuit Court.
Nisley calls the case "bizarre."
He says Buoy is charged with several counts of sexual abuse in at least three separate incidents. She is charged with rape in the first-degree, unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with someone under 12 and three counts of sexual abuse and rape.
Nisley says the alleged incidents occurred between June 2004 and August 2004. He would not say how authorities found out about the case. Nisley says the boy is now 13 years old. Buoy was arrested Feb. 3.
Nisley says Chief District Attorney Leslie Wolf is the lead prosecutor in the case.

Just to let you guys know, whenever a minor and an adult have sex, the adult is considered the rapist by default. The kid couldve been completely willing and even instigated the whole thing and the old lady would still be considered the rapist.
The only thing that makes me wonder is what happens when a 16 year old girl knocks out a 40 year old man, ties him up, and fuck him? Who is the rapist? haha. The girl I guess...Id love to see a case like that.
