im getting mine out in like 12 hours. I guess since im old im suppose to be out of school for 2 weeks which is good cause ill be finishing fallen fives 2nd DVD but they also said ill lose like 20-30 lbs which will suck. just wanted to know if anybody else has gotten theres out and what it was like?

Actually right now for the first time ever my tonsils are causing me loads of pain. Theyre all fucked up and swollen. I better not have to get them out because I dont have health insurance and I could never afford the procedure...

my tounsels have ebeen swollen since I was a freshman cause I got mono and ive gotten mono 8 times since ive been in HS 2 times a year. I have acid reflex since I was a baby and its fucked my insides so bad I can feel it or anything so I never knew I had it till I was in like 6th grade and I have something like esaphagousitus or something haha but I just asked them if they could take it out figuring maybe I will stop getting sick or soemthing.. I asked if I could film the operation they said no though

That sucks man, mono is a bitch. My friend got it and missed like 3 months of school.
Too bad they wont let you film the operation either. That would be some gory footage.

Never had my tonsels out.. but I did get mono in 8th grade I think. Was out for months all I did was sleep all day, not as fun as it sounds.. it sucked.

Never had them out... though just did have my first ever surgery. They found I have large lymph nodes
and were worried, so was just supposed to go in for a needle biopsy, ended up opening me up and taking out a whole node. Normally supposed to be the size of a pea, mine was the size of a golf-ball. Anyways,
biopsy results were supposed to be back today, now they say will be in tomorrow.

just got home now been in the hospital for 8 hours cause after the cut them out my throat started to bleed so they had to go back in a fix something I dont really know though.. doesnt really hurt to bad now but im fucking tired so gonna go to bed peace

Dude my knee operation and shit I had for my illness would have cost so much and there's no way I woulda been able to afford that shit, some people do take advantage of it but it's a fucking good system, to know that if you ever need anything major you won't have to worry about the costs and shit like that...
