I submitted alot of our single clips to sites like break.com, and ebaums.

just got this email, actually 4 asking for certain clips we submittted.

Congratulations! Your submission, firebreathe, has been chosen to
possibly be featured in eBaum's Late night show on USA Network or
other multimedia projects! Just follow the instructions below to
ensure your submission can be considered for these projects.

Now don't panic. There are legal forms linked to this that you'll
need to fill out. These may at first appear daunting but all we are
asking for is proof that you 1) shot the submission, 2) have the
rights we need to the submission and 3) everyone involved in the
submission (everyone on screen) is identified and agrees to be
included in this exciting new eBaum's World project (trust us, they'll
want to). We've attached the forms to this email, but if it's easier
for you, we've also linked to them below.

Please follow all of the following instructions:

1. Every content submission is given a unique submission number.
Your number is _______ 11379034142________. You MUST fill in this
submission number on EVERY document you submit to us. Please use
this number in the subject line of any email correspondence with us as
well.

2. Download and sign a Submission Agreement and Submission Form
(online at http://ebaumsworld.com/clearance/) and return it with a
copy of your driver's license or other valid form of picture
identification.

3. Download a copy of the Appearance Release (online at
http://ebaumsworld.com/clearance/) for EACH PERSON who appears or
performs in the content submission. Each individual must personally
sign a separate appearance release form and return it with a copy of
their driver's license or other valid form of picture identification.

4. In cases where a parent/legal guardian must sign either the
Submission Agreement or the Appearance Release, a copy of their
driver's license or other valid form of picture identification must be
attached.

5. Be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully, no
submission is deemed complete without these documents returned and
completed properly.

6. If you have ANY questions or concerns please email
[email address redacted] and someone will get back to you right away.

Once again, congrats and thanks for your submission! We look forward to
hearing back from you.

Please send the completed forms to:

eBaum's World Clearance Department
11301 W Olympic Blvd, # 702
Los Angeles, CA 90064
QUICK ANSWERS TO SOME REGULARLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How do I fill out the Appearance Release form? (this form is only
needed for the person/persons whose image or voice is clearly seen or
heard)
1) Put the submitter's name at the top of all Appearance release
forms, not the person who appears. The person appearing should sign
and date at the end of the form. If the person who is submitting also
appears that person should also fill out a form.

What if I can't find or get a person appearing to sign the Appearance form?
2) In this case send us a letter detailing
a) The person's name (if you have it).
b) What the person looks like/what they are wearing in the video.
c) What that person is doing in the video.

What about the music I've included in my clip? Do I need to get rights
on my own for that or will you deal with it?
1) Don't worry about clearing rights for music. We'll deal with it.

What if the video isn't mine? …
2) If you did not shoot or do not have ownership of the video, can you
tell us who does (with contact info) or where online you found it?

What if I want my original tape back?
3) If you want your original tape back please send us a self-addressed
stamped envelope and we will send it back to at our earliest
convenience.

Congratulations for you man, but this pisses me off. I submitted my 5 best video clips that I felt would be most suitable for Break and I never got a response.

I briefly reviewed the contract...what is it that you wanna know?

EDIT: Oh this is for ebaums, I didn't submit to them.

Fuck anything to do with Ebaums. Anyone that trusts them with footage is a fool.
