I initially made some mistakes in how I chose mods. I now choose mods based on how much time they spend on HGF and the propability that they'll actually do their job. It was getting to the point where I was making 5-10 moderations in a single day, which is more than Dex and Word had made in the whole month they've been S-Mods.
I was sick of moving, closing, deleting, and re-titling threads. So I decided to add a new mod, and get rid of the ones who don't really do much work. So Baz was modded, and Dex & Word were demodded. It was nothing personal, I just needed some help in keeping this place in shape.
Baz will make a good mod. He's online all the time. He never starts shit with anyone. He's consistently genuine. If he doesn't do his job, I'll simply demod him and find someone else. I doubt that will happen though, he's made more moderations in his first week than dex & word did combined in the month they were mods.
Although, I still find myself doing more mod work than I'd like..

Lol, if G didnt have the whole 2 year head start on me or whatever it is, I would have more admin/mod logs than him. *Shakes Fist*
