Got the idea from the image in my avatar, so I measured up my cigarrette box and made these stickers for you guys to use on the front and back of your ciggie boxes. Not sure if the Spanish ciggie box health warning boxes are the same size internationally, but printed out, cut and glued onto my ciggie box these stickers look very authentic.
