Fucking Christ...I finally got it back up. Honestly, I dont think they wouldve restored it if we didnt stay with them. I had to pay $75 for this. I'll explain more later guys, lets just this shit back on the road!

Is it running slow for anyone? How long has it been back up? Were on a dedicated server now. I gotta sort some things out, it will probally be a few hours before were back to normal.

No, same speed as always, it's only been up for like 45 mins maybe an hour... atleast for me... but thank god, I was freaking out without this damn place....
make me vip already weak...... jeez.

Yep Matt was right there till the end. Fucked up his Valentines Day just to help get this problem resolved. And Gareth had to break from his vacation to go to an internet cafe and figure out what the fuck happened.
Honestly, I think this partially my fault. I was very rude in the beginning because I was so fustrated. I hate this online tech support shit. I like to talk to people in person or on the phone to get shit resolved. But they all said they couldnt help me, and that I had to email tech support...which took hours fo replies. Here is one of the convos I had in their direct chat thing..

Figured I mine as well show my respect and thank all you guys who worked all day to get this back up I was fuckin bored without this yesterday ....... p.s. when it first went off I went through those cgi bin files and saw the layout for the HGD Image file not present in the recovered backup What ever happened to that?

Yeah, I talked to some bird and got us the info we needed, then it was a uphill struggle for us admins.
We could make a film about it.
And my GF wasn't happy, but she understood and I still got laid.
And the template you saw for HGD is only one of about 5 we could go with at this time.

This was insane, I spent like fucking 20 quid at internet cafes. What was it, 2-3 days downtime? Crazy and really frustrating.

Actually, it was only about 30 hours of downtime. They surprisingly worked hard to get it back up once I paid them their 75 bucks haha.
edit - ahh I guess I was wrong, we were actually down for a full 2 days.
