I agree with Zaid on this one, if you dont like it say why. That way things get tweaked.
I asked the hg community for help, I did get some feedback about it but zaid was the only one to step up to the plate and fully dedicate himself.
When I think of this from a customers stand point, he did an amazing job. He always made sure I knew what was going on and I had just as much input.
The turnaround was extremly fast and he went to the point of creating help files just in case I got stuck.
Some people may not like it, some people may love it. Im happy with it and I guess in the end that is all that matters.
This by far is the most 'hi-tech' Ryan 13 site to date. Its never been about bells and whistles, its been about stunts. Im honestly proud I have the site I do now. Anyways thats my two cents

so lets get to details
the logo looks bad
the iframe is sketchy
and the person who did the site didnt cut the pictures good
personally my first 5 sites was terrible
but I think that you deserve a better design

Personally, I dislike dark-themed sites...so perhaps that why I'm not fond of the design. It's not that its a bad design. It just reminds me of a 'punk band' website with the way things are laid out. I'm just more into professional looking sites is all.

when you cut the image be sure that the white will flow with the backround
but when I look at the corners of the white splashes I see clearly that its fucked up
fucking hell

WEAK, thats what I love about it. Punk music is a big part of my roots. My first listen to anything really punk was well over 15 years ago. That was before it was all of the radio and shit.
I like the dark themed stuff because theres nothing light about what I do at all. The day will come when jebus strikes me down for all the shit Ive pulled. Benny, and Dan know first hand how dark things can get. \m/

OK so to end all debates and shit, its my site, I like it. Its better than anything else Ive had.
With that said....
What I want to do as a weekly feature is something a bit different. Each week, I want to post a 30 minute radio show. What I want is the beable to not only promote hg society but to also showcase unsigned bands. Im going to be working on the first show tonight as well as tommorow and its going to feature a lot of bands featured on SPDST as well as me and Dan's upcomming DVD. Hopefully if all works right I'll get a few minutes of interview with Dan.
The plan is every week post a podcast version as well as a 3 part mp3 so anyone can download it. I plan on keeping each show up just for that week. If you miss out, you will have to wait until a collection cd would come out or something along those lines.
Anyways, is there any groups that would be into being interviewed or plugged on the show? Also video reviews could be done but I'll say it right now. Im going to be completely honest and Im not going to hold anything back. If I like the clip thats cool, but if I dont like it prepared to have it picked apart and then have that review making its way through the net. Just had to say that as almost a 'disclaimer'

thats a sweet idea...up untill the miss it you have 2 wait thing..that sorta sucks...but Ryan13 is all about the people
