Olympics....

Is anyone watching them or care about them? I know in the USA you can basicly watch them 20 out of the 24 hours in the day. Are other countries such as the UK and such covering them as much?

you can see it in canada pretty much 24/7 and id also like to say that canada has the best hockey team for men and women... our women just won a game aginst itialy 15-0 lol!

I agree, canada will defo be in the gold metal game, prolly against the USA, but once the actual playin starts we will see what happens, olympic hockey is allot diffrent in style and play then NHL.

lol I saw this guy that was late to a skating match, he was trying to get in, by climbing over the wall right next to the officials, and they pulled him back and said no. Then he just pulled away from them and went like 10 feet away and climbed over

The winter olympics and summer olympics are seperated by only two years, but each only happens every four years. The last winter olympics were in 2002, so this would make it the 4 year mark for the winter olympics. The summer ones just happend in 2004, so it will be 2008 when the next one happens for the summer games.

Watched almost all of it yesterday, loved the ski jump things.

Saw some ski jumps and the one man luge(sp?) ???? Really fucking impressive stuff.

Great I missed all the ski jumping when I turned it on it was shitty ice skating. Bore.

YEah the olympics are on for almost the entire day. I watched curling for an hour or so before I went to work. And soon men's hockey begins!!!!1

The Canadian style to play hockey is by far my favorite in the world. I don't know if you're willing to admit this, but the Czechs might have better puckhandling skills and the Russkies migth have the speed. But by no means do they combine all of the most important aspects in hockey like physics, skills, puckhandling, speed and shooting in a way that the Canadians do. Canadian hockey is the most perfect hockey to watch. And this is coming from someone who's from a country that has a chance for medals in hockey too. I even own a Team Canada jersey with Dany Heatley's name on the back

by the way Finland just won USA in curling 4-3. Man it was the most exciting game ever

Well look at it this way.. In Canada your basicaly raised a hockey fan and in some cases tought hockey before math, Its our game and it is a huge part of being canadian..Its even on our money LOL
