Those things are awesome, one of my buddies has one and you can get up to 30+ miles an hour. You can also get a DUI on them lol... one of my coworkers pulled a guy over on one to tell him he cant drive it on public streets ( not street legal ) and it turns out the guy was wasted, so he got arrested hahahah

dont get one like that...get one that is bigger, somewhat...demensions like 105 or 109 by whatever....trust me, small ones are "RetardZ"ed, the slightly bigger ones are way cooler and easier also....personally id love a 110cc pocket bike..but under 50cc around here are somewhat street legal. no insurance, and no license needed..just helmet, and lights.

Well I'd only use it as a toy basically, I've got a 4 wheeler already, but it's broken.

Think I'd even be able to ride it? a 50cc one? I'm about 5'10"

oh yes probably...every year in augest, we have drag races here, people come from all over, and I seen a guy, like 6'1"ish bombing around...the only problem might be where u can place your feet...they have little pegs, but there quite little. I suggest, buying bmx pegs, and straping those on.
