AAAAHahaha sorry man but that is one comical situation, lol, anyway, just yank it and keep trying, but if all else fails go hospital, they always get stupid stuff like this. When I was shadowing at a hospital there was some guy with the bud of an ear cleaning thingy and it got stuck all the way down, so hard not to laugh.

I would say yes to the hospital... if it isn’t uncomfy I think your fine till the morning so you can drink. It may loosen by then. When your all excited about getting it out, the muscles around it will contract (yes you have muscles in your nose) so it wont come while your all worried about it.
