Need some help

Well bassically Me and my friend Luke have a website for promoting underground metal bands for free.

Were changing our name to ManifestMedia and need a new site, the one we got at the moment is a bit shite. Were willing to pay someone to make us a site with a decent amount of flash and make it look really pro. it doesn't have to have flash but, I think flash is cool so that would be a plus.

So yeah it would be good if any of you could help an old fool
