The School Board

ok so cause of that fight that I just VIDEO TAPED I have to appear before the school board to see if they are gonna expelle me (and the other people involed in the fight).

the thing is they say we "planned" the fight only to film it which is not true.

there are also using my sorda bad recored at school against me, such as lates,skips,failing marks,minor incidents,other times ive gotten in trouble etc (all bad).

my friends and I made a plan to stick to the same story so we might be covered there.

now I need any help and suggestons on what to do I do NOT want to get expelled because there is only one other school and its chirstion.

and what should I say in my defence against my bad record

and they have the video and have watched it.

any help would be great, my hearing is tomarrow at 2:30

very little you can do, when it comes down to it, if they decide they want to expell you, the're going to no matter what you say.

But if your gonna try, just say you are sorry, you realised you made a mistake, you'll try harder in future and it wont happen again. Just that sort of shit.

Just fucking tell them your story straight up, if you tell the truth, and they don't believe you, karma will get them. The fucking meeting isn't about your past records, it's about the fight incident, so if they try to bring up any of your past shit, tell em what I said.

Honestly, when it comes to adults dealing with teenagers, they only hear what they want to hear. It seems like theyve already made up their minds, so this can be tricky. Whatever you do, just be sincere...teachers hate indifference and apathy.

Your in a shitty position man. Your bad track record wont help you much, and having it all on tape pretty much seals the deal. The advice I want to give is don’t lie, or make up a story. When you have a group of people telling a lie over and over even if it has been discussed and planned, there is ALWAYS differences in the story and people looking for those things catch them quickly. What it boils down to, you cant fuck up the truth, but you can fuck up a lie big time. Good luck man.

Id just try and stick to the lie, got me out a few serious shit with the school, just make sure their good mates, worked for me.

ok I went for my hearing and it was'nt to bad and the did NOT expelle me but they suspended me for 17 days.

and heres another legal question: they took the camera and the tape away at first and then after they kept the tape and gave the cam back now the principal said he is NOT going to give the tape back and he will destroy it, and I would like to get it back because its good footy.

Just act all scared and like you will never do it again... and also keep to the fact it was NOT planned. See if you can get proof of this (If it can be done) and if you can make a little speech on it... just saying you now understand that you need to do good in school and if they throw you out it could effect your whole life... you want to do good and everyone needs a 2nd chance...

God knows on the tae... if it was fimmed on the school grounds I guess they can. You had no right to film there so I guess they can do whatever... Maybe they will have to giev you the blank tape? Not sure.

Firstly, DONT CHANGE YOUR STORY! If your gonna do something, do that. Because if your start changing the details of the story around they'll start to think they can't trust you (Which they probably can't, but you dont wat them to know that Image file not present in the recovered backup)

Secondly, appear like your really remorseful about the whole situation, then they may give you the benefit of the doubt.

Finally, if they start on you about your previous, then just say that it's nothing to do with what's already happened, but try not to appear like too much of an asshole when your doing it, otherwise it'll only make them try harder to get you in trouble

Yes they can, you give up allot of your rights when your in school. They don’t need a warrant to search you or your locker...ect. They also can confiscate evidence of a crime (a fight is a crime, its assault) that happens on school property and destroy it once the issue has been dealt with.

Just act all sorry and sincere. They'll let you off for sure.
