OK I need help. I have disabled my firewall and still my download rates are about 10kbs , ive read about opening ports and shit, but none of this seems to work, I know my rates are supposed to be much higher as my connection is 2.2mbps.

Anyone have any suggestions?

doesn't the speed vary by seeders? the more seeders than downloaders the faster the speed is?

For me it depends on what modem im using...if I use the good one I can usually download pretty fast...but if I use the one from the shed it goes really slow...but 10kbs is rather slow
