But Doyle, since Im assuming you coded the site, when you click enter, the javascript window opens up with the main page, but the main page also loads in the page where you clicked enter, so it's like the same page running at once.

fuckign hell I cant believe how bad my spelling was then, I was watching telly while iw as typing and wernt paying attention, what I meant was it look cool, got a feamle feel to it, buts its not soppy and shit, just looks like any other groups site with a femal touch, I like it alot.

Its a file taht your website uses to get all the style info for your site... like how wide the site is and colours used... and also images for buttons...
So if you change the info in just that one file your whole site will change.
