I used to be able to render my project in MPG and got to choose different settings and all that... now those options are gone. Anybody know whats going on?

Im saving in MPG 2 it looks good.. its a big file. But it's for our dvd. I kinda need to know fast cuz im editing a friends project due tomorrow.

first choose your file format (which is mpeg)
then leave it at the default template... and hit the custom button. now u can screw around with the settings

if it asks you to register for the mpeg plugin...then your screwed

No...mine I gave the serial and it worked.

I'd rather use uncompressed .avi

For editing, so do I, but mpeg is good for sending to your friends in high quality.

Nono thats the thing.. theres not even a file format MPG.. it was all there before but now its gone :sad:

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, then use the MPEG generator again? That might work for you... its worth a try.

Ill try it.. I got a lot of important projects saved under .veg format tho.. it better not mess it up.
