I've been informed of a weird asian guy (damn, took me all my strength then, to not be racist..) walking about, snooping around in people's backgardens all day whilst posting leaflets for a takeaway company, came and posted one here twice, looking through our windows a lot....
One of my best mates, Carl from BTD, lives 4 houses away, so I've informed him just now on the phone, he said that if anything breaks out, his van with all his tools in is unlocked and to get him so we can kick some ninja, er, asian arse!
Been told he's down the road so to watch out too, hmm...
Anyone know of any legal rights for me? Such as being able to twat him in my own home?

You can use reasonable force if he's in your house, but considering he's asian, and most cops are racist, use as much force and you want.

shoot him if he enters your house and tell the cops you feared for your life..

beat him up,and beat him good... and film it

Yeah I got my camera all charged up for any such an event.
Believe me when I say that I'd stab someone with a huge kitchen knife, if my life was in danger...

In the United States, it is legal to use deadly force when someone illegally enters (breaks into) your place of abode (home) to commit a felony (theft of/over 500 dollars worth of stuff), but I dont know about the UK. Your best bet is to notify the police so its on record that he has been snooping around, so if you do have to use force on him, you can say you went to the police first. It will save your ass.

woah bad haha, oi dgodlewski, how can you proove he was entering your house to steal something over $500, like, what if you bashed him before he grabbed anything?

Breaking and entering is a felony all by itself, let alone the theft of whatever he plans on stealing.

I was just watching a tv show, and a cop says "When someone breaks an entry into your home, anything you do is legal."
I don't know if it is true, it is an American show by the way.
