dvd cover?? Can someone help me

so fms was the only person to buy the tpm dvd's and I have everything ready from the covers on the dvd's and we already had a cover for the last dvd, but I hella need to get a cover for no pain no fame.....at this point I'm more pissed about making them than anything cause I hella don't need the money lol, but I would send the money back to fms but since he is our biggest fan I wanna make him a custom cover cause I wanna make this shit fresh since he helped me out when I needed it, so what I need is

a cover that says no pain no fame, and than on the back

to our homie Alonzo.....(is that how you spell your name??) from his biggest fans.....and than I am going to have the entire tpm group sign the cover for him.

I have 2 tpm shirts left, a xl and a xxl this is fucked cause I needed money now I have over 2,000 in the bank and am giving shit away lol, so if someone could just make me a decent cover I will send them a free shirt if they can fit into them they are pretty big. or you can just give it to a fat homie or something
