For a dvd title we were hoping to have 'Follow Thru'. I wanted to find out if the name is trademarked/copywrighted, what ever, but couldn't remember where that site was or something I saw posted a while back about that sort of thing, and I can't find the topic.
Unfortunately I found a film in the 1930s called '
Follow Thru' but thinking maybe seeing as it was ages ago they didn't protect the name.
Can anyone help me out in finding if the name's free or not and how do I protect it if it is? PLEASE

yeah I know, we're not gonna have the dvd titled as 'MUPPETS' anything, 1.because we'd get sued 2.because its a shit name. It's just going to be 'Follow Thru' if we can have it.

Follow Thru? I do want a different group name, but Follow Thru doesn't sound like a group name to me, but I don't know it could work.
If anyone else reads this can you tell me what you think of Follow Thru as a group name?

It was 3 years ago, at the time weren't thinking of muppets as in the puppets and stuff, just thought, like 'you muppet' (you idiot) do 'muppets'. By the time really thought about how shit it was it seemed too late to change the name.

Names, titles and all things wonderful have all have copyrights, obviously, but that copyright expires after, I think, 50 years

that was the original idea, but it would be nice to have a group name for around here and if we release other stuff. also you associate the dvd with the group. so if we were called follow thru that would make sense having the dvd named that. but I just need to know if the name is trademarked by anyone. Weak?
