No, they are Chinese. Duck pancakes are basically wafer thin pancakes, which you spread some delicious sauce in, then add roast duck and some other bits. Roll it up and eat. Fucking delicious!

Blood pudding is also known as black pudding, it's basically congealed pigs blood. Tastes rather good actually.

When I was in kindergarten they used to have bloodpancakes sometimes for lunch. I think I was too young to realize what I was eating back then cause they're were my favorite food at some point :unsure:
