Multiple Personality!

Ok so the thing is.. Im doing a huge presentation next wednesday on Multiple Personality Disorder and I need help. I was going to record a tape/disc of all different types of people talking, (young voices,old voices) It's supposed to make the people im presenting to understand what goes on in the minds of people with MPD.

I got the idea from a nursing class because the people in there actually had to do a test with headphones on and listen to a tape that had random people talking the entire time. I figured since alot of people here are knowledgeable about computers and the internet, that you guys might have some ideas of how I could get some of these sounds and record them.

Just a shot in the dark really but any help I can get would be awesome.

Get a bunch of people to record themselves talking, put headphones on the people, load the track of a lot of voices onto an mp3 player (maybe you have an ipod), and make them listen?

Yes thats a very good idea. I do have an ipod ..but not one for each person. I have to present to 27 people and I was just gonna play it on a cd player or something. My real problem is getting people to talk on it cuz no one I know will do it. Thats why I asked if there was somewhere else I could get that kinda thing.

I can give u some audio of me talking from a clip... I talk alot im my vids... then just get a cpl more ppl to do the same and all u have to do is overlap the audio files.... done

Take sections from songs? just like a few words? would try and find songs where there is a section with singing but not music.. I no they are out there

Go into a busy part of town and just record with you iPod.

I have a mic.. I could talk about killing someone for like a min or two into it and then I could talk for another cpl min about not killing smoeone then I could layer them and poof theres your disorder..

that would probably be the best thing in this sort of subject

Get a volunteer and have them sit in front of the class with headphones on. If you have any cds if people talking just overlap the audio tracks so it's a bunch at once. Or just record a few tv shows and mix them together.
