Alright, well sorry if this has already been posted, but I was wondering about something. Yesterday, my friend but on a pair of cut off shorts and danced in front of a teacher. She sent him to the office and they gave him 2 days of Suspension. I was suppsosed to film it but couldn't because my dad made me come home with him before we could.
Today I was called down to the office in school, they told me that I could be charged with sexual harrsment for thinking about filming it? He said it was up to the teacher wether she wanted to press charges on me or not. Im just wondering if I could really get in trouble for thinking about filming it or if he was just trying to scare me.

Schools can pretty much do whatever they want to you, but you can always just leave.

dude the're bullshitting you, that would be like me getting arrested for thinking of killing some one or considering taking drugs. You didnt do it, they can't do shit.

You didn’t commit a crime. If you had taped it then they could say you taped it AND thought about it before you did it to try to prove you knew what you were doing. But if there is no crime committed then they cant charge you.
One question..... did you leave before your buddy did this or were you in the room?

Well, we were gonna do it after, and I live about 15 miles away from the school, so I either rode the bus home or had my dad pick me up, I told him I was gonna stay after for a test and he didn't let me. So I never even saw it happen, but thanks to everyone for telling me that he was just trying to scare me.
