Actually, I saw an episode on 20/20 a long time ago about all kinds of gangs filming their crimes...and they had some drive by shootings in there.

What would gangs get out of filming drivebys apart from more risk? Somehow I don't see them going home, capturing the footage and editing it to a Bullet For My Valentine song.
